Originally, DigDat is from Lewisham, South-East London.
At the age of 13, DigDat was sentenced to 5 years in prison.
Initially, he had started to upload music online in 2018. His first single that was released on June 11, that year was titled Sales & Joints. However, DigDat had begun rapping in 2017.
His single Air Force that was released on November 9, 2018, had close to 40 million views on the GRM Daily YouTube channel as of May 2021.
On January 17, 2020, DigDat released his debut album titled Ei8ht Mile that was compiled with a total of 13 tracks in all, some of which include, Ace & Mitch (feat. Bookey), 6ix 9ine (feat. K-Trap), 100 Shotz (feat. Snap Capone), Water, and No Auto.
One of the earliest posts that he uploaded to his Instagram account was on June 5, 2018.
