Yanina cooks her own food. "I am a very good cook. As soon as I got married, I did it all day because I love to eat and my husband (Diego Latorre, a former soccer player) likes me to cook. When our children were younger, I also did it a lot," she told Infobae.
Yanina maintains that "red meat and flour have no place in my diet, under any point of view," she said per Infobae. "I like a healthy life," she added, which makes her "very careful when it comes to eating. However, during the pandemic, she confessed that she allowed herself to eat some flour.
Yanina's main form of fitness is running. "I am a marathon runner," she told Infobae. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.
Yanina also takes pole dancing classes. "Love…… my progress on the pipe! So happy, training is wonderful! It's super hard, but it's worth it! My teacher @jocaldarelli is all that is good in the world!" she captioned this photo.
"I never drank alcohol, I was always teetotal, but at 40 I started to like red wine. Every Friday -religiously- I have lunch with my friends and it's a day off, because we sit down to get drunk until six in the afternoon and that day in my house they know that I am not a wife or a mother," Yanina once revealed.
